HOW DOES IT WORK?
Based on your goals and personal data, our intelligent algorithm will recommend a personalized exercise plan – a combination of cardio, strength, recovery and LISS (walking, running, cycling) exercises that will allow you to maximize your results. The basic plan is created for 60 days and displayed on your calendar. Each week the exercise plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (previous workouts were very easy or very difficult for you).
You can also access a library of more than 1,000 workouts.
HEALTHKIT
FitCoach integrates with HealthKit so you can export nutrition and exercise data from FitCoach to HealthKit and transfer fitness data and weight and body measurements from HealthKit to FitCoach.
